Ronan is highly skilled in the management of planning/authority related applications, the procurement of design consultants and contractors and the ongoing commercial and contractual management/administration of industry-significant projects. -
ALAN FINDLATER - Director
Alan specialises in providing independent advice across a range of sectors in property and construction. Alan draws on his 35 years of experience to realise benefits for all. This includes key stakeholders, design teams, contractors and government bodies. Alan’s major project experience spans a multitude of sectors including tertiary education, commercial office, hospitality, student accommodation, research laboratories and airport infrastructure.
Alan also has a deep understanding of the Melbourne market and relationships with its key players. This enables Alan to connect, align and mobilise people and organisations to achieve superior results. -
