Fortis have entrusted the project management role of their biggest Victorian Project to date to Newbridge. The mixed-use development will deliver more than 13,000m2 of office space, 1,000m2 of fine grain retail, 55 high end apartments, and 220 car parks across 3 shared basement levels. The development is targeting a carbon neutral outcome; a first for Fortis.
